Our Mission: Equipping our military with Logistic Solutions. Staffed by and stocked with products made by Americans with disabilities, under the AbilityOne Program and the Louisiana Association for the Blind. The Base Supply Centers are only open to government purchases (GPC) and authorized base and/or post contractors. These centers also work as support elements for local Logistics Command/Readiness of each base and/or post. In addition to selling supplies produced by the visually impaired, the Fort Johnson Base Supply Centers employ people who are blind or visually impaired allowing them to gain work experience and foster a sense of independence.
