  “My Mom was in the need for a new printer, so I took her down to Officemax located in Pleasanton, Ca. right outside the Stoneridge Mall. She is very old fashion and usually has million questions to ask before she makes her purchase. Tony the employee who welcomed us as we came in, spent over 45 minutes with my Mom and I answering every question we had. We finally decided to go with the printer that Tony recommended for us and left the store happy. My mom is very happy with the printer and still talks about that nice young man Tony in regards to the service she got that day. Thank you OfficeMax.”
